Sichuan mapo tofu

After Sichuan spicy hot pot, penguins decided to try something also from Sichuan. The one they tried today is "Sichuan mapo tofu". The recipe is quite easy and they spent about 30 mins. EASY and DELICIOUS ! ! 


Préparation:
(1) Cut tofu, garlic, ginger, green onion into pieces.  (2)  Fry the "poivre du sichuan" a bit. Then put it aside.  (3)  Put chili bean sauce, garlic, ginger and green onion in the cook and fry them together.  (4)  Until the smell is good, put mimced beef inside and fry them all together.  (5) Add tofu, soy sauce, a little suger, and some water, then turn the fire smaller.  (6) Cook them about 10 mins.  (7)  Add sesame oil, poivre du sichuan.  (8) Ready to eat !!   


During the cooking, pingu papa cannot stop saying : "Oh it already smells good now! " Pingu mama was even worried pingu papa would finish them before it was already.


But finally pingu papa didn't have too many chances to steal the tofu cause he has only one hand to fight with pingu mama. Then pingu mama put them on a dish and they shared it with rice.
